• We ONLY ship to the continental 48 states, Hawaii, and Alaska. Should you want to ship internationally, please order the candy to your address.
• During the summer months, orders placed Wednesday through Sunday will ship the following Monday, unless you call and request a faster shipping method.
• In the midst of holiday season, extra time should be allowed for delivery. While the majority of packages are delivered in 3 to 5 days at this time, some may take a few more days to arrive.
• Please place your sweet order 5 days before the required delivery date. For faster shipping or a guaranteed delivery date, please call.
• During the warm months we prefer not to ship chocolates, due to the heat. We will ship them October 1st through April 30th. If you have a special request, please call, and we will take care of your sweet needs.
• Packages will ship within 24 hours excluding weekends, unless candies require a cooling period. In that case, packages will ship within 48 hours.
• We need a physical daytime address for each of your Fed Ex deliveries. Should you want it delivered to a P.O. Box, we will ship PRIORITY MAIL.
