What is your refund policy?
Refunds are considered on an individual basis. Because we want to ensure we address your specific situation correctly, we require an in-person phone call to start the process. Please contact us at 406-859-3353 to discuss any concerns with your order.
How long will it take for my candy to arrive?
We ship via USPS Priority Mail, which typically has a 5-day shipping window. While your package may arrive sooner, we recommend planning for five days to ensure your sweets reach you. To maintain freshness during the summer, we generally do not ship on Thursdays or Fridays to prevent your order from sitting in a warehouse over the weekend.
Can I ship chocolates to a warm climate?
Yes, but we want to make sure they don't arrive as a chocolate puddle! For shipping perishables to warm areas, please call us for a custom quote. We may recommend overnight shipping with ice packs. It’s a bit more expensive, but it’s the only way to ensure your candy arrives as beautiful and fresh as if you’d bought it in person.
Is there a minimum amount I need to order?
Yes, we have a one pound (1 lb.) minimum for all orders. When ordering loose candy like fudge or hard candies, please note that we sell in 1/2 pound increments. For example, entering a "2" in the quantity box equals one full pound of treats.
How do I select the right amount of candy?
For our fudge and hard candies, we sell in 1/2 pound increments. If you want one full pound, you should enter a "2" in the quantity box. However, specialty items like our Griz Paws and Assorted Taffy Bags are sold as single pieces or individual bags, so a "1" in the box equals one item.
Do you offer any gluten-free options?
Absolutely! All of the Saltwater Taffy and Caramels made right here at The Sweet Palace are gluten-free.
